Urihime (瓜姫) is one of the three faithful youkai under the command of Shuuichi Natori who appears alongside Sasago. All three of them have pledged their faithfulness to Natori Suuichi via a binding supernatural contact.

She gets mad if someone insults her master, Natori. She was mad at Natsume for his lack of respect towards Natori, however when Natori mentioned that Natsume is a friend, she complied.
History[]
Her true name unknown, she was once a dutiful servant of a very strong male exorcist, but had somehow broken away from him only to be entangled by the vines at the bottom of a tree. Despising her looks and current predicament, she was ready to perish at the hands of any exorcist who came across her regardless of how weak their spiritual strength was.
When Natori Suuichi came to her again, she was surprised but pleased when the young teenager offered to form a binding contract with her rather than exorcise her per her one final wish, as he wished to have a devoted servant at his side, as they both had a lot to learn from the other.

At a cafe, she appeared to attack the new friend her master made, not liking how Takashi was acting towards her master. She restrained Takashi in her hair, but was told to stop.

She welcomed the third fellow yokai as a fellow shiki willingly. As with Sasago, she greatly distrusts her master's recurring interactions with Takashi and his supremely powerful "kitty" daiyokai familiar.
Trivia[]
- Urihime's name contains the kanji for "melon" (瓜) and "princess" (姫). She was found trapped by "snake vines" which prompted Natori Suuichi to give her the alias "gourd princess."
