The Stump of the Suzunaru Tree is a Original Video Animation of the Natsume Yuujinchou anime. It was released on the fourth Blu-ray/DVD compilation volume on September 27, 2017. It is set after the season six finale.
Summary[]
Natsume encounters an old man who asks for help with getting home. The old man turns out to be a yokai who will soon disappear and he asks Natsume to help him to fulfill a promise that he had made to a young girl at one of the festivals.
