That Which Is Not Human is the sixth episode of the third season and the thirty-second episode overall of the Natsume Yuujinchou anime series. It first aired on August 9, 2011.

Summary

There is something killing Youkai and draining them of their blood. Natsume can’t help but investigate and runs into old friends.

Plot

Natsume accidentally bumps into a woman, but realizes that the woman had blood covered upon her body. He then follows the mark that the woman left with blood and found a small wooden building. When he opens the door, he was surprised by the scene of some ayakashi that were badly injured.

When he checks one of it, someone suddenly grab his neck and trying to kill him until another ayakashi help him and run off. There has been someone who's killing ayakashi for blood. Together with the help of Natori, Natsume search Matoba who he thought is the one behind all of this. When he meets Matoba for the second time, he is captured by him.
