Sui (翠) protected the forest alongside Gen. A youkai whose gentle heart was poisoned by resentment and foolish actions of the humans who destroyed her statue.

She used to guard the forest of Shibano with Gen in their statue forms until the villagers threw her statue down the cliff. Feeling angered by their action, Sui was consumed with evil forces and turned into an evil youkai. She wreaks havoc and rampaging on the village. The villagers then managed to seal her in a big tree.
