Fusae Ogata (緒方 房江, Ogata Fusae) is the mother of Yuriko Ogata whom she cared for very much.

When Fusae heard that Yuriko Ogata's class had a new student, she asked what the new student looked like. She even commented that it would be nice if Yuriko and the new student could be friends.
However, when she heard some bad things about Takashi Natsume with previous guardian, she forbade Yuriko to have anything to do with Natsume. She clearly cared for her only daughter and only think the best for her daughter.
